Meet your Port Arthur orthodontists
Dr. Avery Valls is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics who earned the highest score on the American Board of Orthodontics Written Examination in the history of her orthodontic residency. She trained at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, is fluent in Spanish, and is the area’s only female orthodontist. She treats patients of all ages using the latest techniques in braces and clear aligners.
Dr. Ronald Risinger founded the practice in 1999 and has transformed more than 10,000 smiles across Southeast Texas. He earned his dental degree with honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, was selected by the U.S. Air Force for advanced orthodontic training, and earned a master’s degree and specialty certificate from the University of North Carolina. He holds a faculty appointment at UTHealth School of Dentistry in Houston and lectures internationally.
Dr. Dane Risinger is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics who graduated Salutatorian of his dental school class and served as Chief Resident of his orthodontic residency at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. He’s passionate about the best functional and esthetic result for every patient, at every age.
